AOG Discrepancies:
Initial notification shall be provided via the web form above, followed with phone confirmation of receipt. Initial notification, if away from home base, should include the airport identifier, as well as the FBO name, address, and phone number. If Maintenance Control is unreachable, crews are authorized to use their best judgement in contracting for local or factory support. Flight crews should be prepared to support AOG events to the extent that duty allows, including assisting with access to the airplane, performing post maintenance engine runs, and signing work authorizations at the direction of Maintenance Control.
Non-AOG Discrepancies:
Initial notification shall be provided via the web form above. Contact flight operations if no response is received by the next business day.
Return to Service:
For events that place away from home base, and if requested by Maintenance Control, scans of all release paperwork should be sent to home base via email, including the completed discrepancy log, logbook entry, 8130 or serviceable parts tags, work orders, and any CAMP cards completed by the A&P or repair station. In all cases, original of all return to service paperwork should be returned to Maintenance control on arrival at home base.
