We operate as an agent and intermediary for our customers, providing access and a personalized service that is typically reserved for share owners. This service is free to any customer actively engaged in an administrative services or acquisition/sale agreement.
Aerius Management acts as agent of the charterer to facilitate FAR Part 135 charter services within our network of providers. All of our providers are registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation as direct air carriers, are appropriately certificated by the Federal Aviation Administration, and maintain operational control of their respective flights at all times. All required DOT disclosures are made at the time of booking.
