Aerius Aircraft Management Services

Best of both worlds

For individuals and companies seeking the advocacy, control, and service consistent with an independent flight operation, yet with the economic, safety, and process benefits of fleet management, our service offers a unique and differentiated option.

Aerius Management was established in 2012 with the vision of providing support to a select and limited group of private and business aircraft owners. Our objective is to occupy the space between outsourced flight operations and full internal management. Our Clients view us much more as members of their team than an outside vendor. Think of us as a cooperative group of independent operators.

The traditional structure for aircraft management insulates the owner from day-to-day operations, and often lacks financial and operational transparency.

Aerius Management has pioneered a fresh, collaborative approach. While our service is “turn-key,” we find that most of our Clients prefer to take an active role in decision making and appreciate a recurring and detailed analysis of efficiencies. In this way we provide our Clients with transparency that is unmatched in our industry.

Aerius Management Benefits

Our group buying strategy offers broad volume discounts and concessions on jet fuel, hangarage, aircraft maintenance, and other services. The associated savings is passed directly to our owner group. Our core services include, but are not limited to:

  • Federal, state, and international regulatory compliance
  • Operations and administrative management
  • Maintenance and aircraft modification administration
  • Flight crew staffing, training, and supervision
  • General operating standards and flight safety
  • Finance administration and budgeting
  • Tax tracking and reporting
  • Volume discounts and vendor negotiations

Simple Fee Structure

As advocate managers, our fee structure is simple. No markup on parts, fuel, hangar fees or any of the services we procure for you. We sit on the same side of the table as our clients in all negotiations. Our revenue is limited to a fixed monthly administrative (management) fee. All expenses reimbursed to Aerius Management are handled on a passthrough basis with zero markup.

Client Feedback

  • Aerius Management acts as a multifamily office for private jet ownership. Pooling the resources of our flight department with several others creates good economies of scale. The key reason I work with Aerius Management is this – I have trust in them to do the right thing on behalf of myself, my family and my company.

A word about safety...

Our dedication to safety starts with a set of operational policies and procedures, carefully and rigorously developed with the guidance of the IS-BAO, that govern the method and discipline with which we operate our fleet. All flight segments are preceded by a formal risk assessment and a detailed performance analysis. In addition, all flight operations personnel are enrolled in a DOT/FAA compliant drug and alcohol program and attend frequent simulator training at a factory-authorized provider. The training, guidance, and supervision provided to our flight crews dramatically exceeds what is required under FAR Part 91 flight rules, and in many cases surpasses the guidance of FAR Part 135.
